Henkel’s Bonderite® M-NT 1 conversion coating

Step 1

The first stage is a cleaning station that specializes in stripping oils, dirt, grease, and any other contaminants that could have negative impacts on adhesion.

Step 2

Once the parts are cleaned properly they are transported to the painting booth. This booth consists of two skilled painters who powder coat the grounded parts.

Step 3

After the coverage has been applied, the parts are ready to be cured. While curing in the oven, the finish hardens and solidifies into a durable and visually appealing protective coating.
